Nicole Brate is a Senior Graphic Designer with over a decade of in-house experience across entertainment, retail, B2B, government, and academic spaces. She currently designs award-winning publications for the Defense Acquisition University, and is Art Director for the literary magazine Off Season.
Her background spans print production, advertising campaigns, web management, brand integration, video editing, and event photography, giving her a well-rounded and hands-on perspective in creative problem-solving.
Originally from the northern Chicago suburbs, Nicole earned her B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Iowa State University in 2016 and spent a semester studying abroad in Rome. Outside of work, she writes creative fiction, crochets blankets for NICU babies, and is meticulously planning to get a puppy this summer.
